I just my IOD fitted by Dr. Watson and a nurse (whose name I badly did not Caxen). I previous had a difficult IOD insertion and was very nervous. They were both so great and so understanding and made me feel really safe.

And the insertion was not humble like me last time (a long time ago, different surgery). I just wanted to say I am really grateful!!

Had quite pain in jaw of receptionist fitted me in straight away to see the GP - Dr. Redding - as soon as he came in.

You do excellently (given underfunding reception always kind and helpful as are the doctor and nurses.
